With a deep understanding of today’s consumers, the YOR Health Products Team has made several updates to the YOR Health customer service department. These changes are designed to improve the experience all members of the YOR Health family as they continue along their path to better living.
The YOR Health Products Team is growing and has instituted a number of changes in order to reflect this development. As a way to accommodate all customers and independent representatives, YOR Health now offers weekend hours so inquiries can be fielded at most any time during the week. The Customer Care department has added new hours on the weekend – 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (PT). Holiday hours may vary and are posted on the YOR Health website.
Members may also send a message through the online support system by logging into the administrative panel. In most cases, a representative contacts the YOR Health consumer on the same business day.
The phone lines at YOR Health are expected to be even busier over the next few months as the company prepares for another round of the YOR Best Body Challenge. YOR Health community members have accomplished a wide range of goals by having their friends and family take the journey as well. Whether they’re hoping to trim their waistlines or increase muscle mass, participants are given prizes and awards on a bi-monthly basis to celebrate their transformations.
